Since he was a teenager, Jed Taylor, the owner of Taylor Construction & Remodeling, LLC has been building and remodeling.

He loved helping his dad work on renovating rentals.  He has always had a passion for carpentry and dreamed of one day owning his own company.  He transformed his dream into a reality when he formed his first company in 1997, called Taylor Home Improvements.

He has been serving Central Illinois customers by transforming their home renovation dreams into reality.  Specializing in residential home remodeling, Jed has a reputation for treating every customer as part of his extended family.

Jed spent years in management in the engineering industry and also worked for his remodeling company on the side.

Following in their dad’s footsteps, Jed’s sons, Blaine and Brady have become carpenters as well.

Therefore, in 2016, Jed decided to take his company to the next level and formed Taylor Construction & Remodeling, LLC where his sons are part owners of the company.

Together, the three of them specialize in all phases of the home repair and remodeling process transforming customers’ home renovation dreams into reality!
